His vision "Leaders are made outside the class rooms, inside class room only paper tigers are made". Alma Mater focuses on the all-round development of the students in a fearless atmosphere where creativity is encouraged.

He passed out as First in order of Merit to be commissioned in the “Regiment of Artillery”.

At school too he has been the best all rounder, good in academics and also a good sportsman and represented at regional, state and national levels. He did his B.Sc. from Delhi University and Masters from Rohilkhand University.

He is a Permanent member of Bareilly Club Ltd, Bareilly and life member of Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), New Delhi. He has been awarded for distinguished services in the field of education.
